Oshkosh police and Winnebago County Sheriffs Department officers are responding to multiple traffic accidents in the Oshkosh area due to the snowy, slick road conditions. Rush hour may be slowed by fender benders and skid-outs on U.S. Highway 41 and local state highways such as 21, 26 and 45. Drive with caution.
